If your technicians don't like typing on a phone, the optional Tony Assistant module lets them dictate the job sheet by voice or jot it down in a few words. Tony fills in the fields and asks for anything missing before the client signs.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to install an app from an app store?
No. Power Play Manager is a web app that works on computers and phones. On a phone you can add it to the home screen and it opens like a regular app.
Can I put my company logo on the PDF?
Yes. You upload your logo and company details during setup, and they appear on the generated documents. The client gets a clean PDF with your branding.
Can the office see job sheets as soon as they're done?
Yes. Each sheet shows up in the archive under its job and client as soon as it's saved. The activity log shows who filled it in and when.
Is a signature on a phone screen as good as on paper?
The job sheet records the work, time, materials, photos and the client's signature, and the client receives the PDF by email right away. In practice it does the same job as a paper report, without getting lost. If your contracts have special legal requirements, check them with your advisor.
What does it cost?
Job sheets are included in the base Start plan. The hosted subscription comes with a 7-day free trial, and paying yearly gets you 2 months free. You can also buy a one-time license installed on your own computer or server.
